1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on dm444, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any game or service offered through dm444.bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full. 6. Betting & Casino Rules

6.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets placed on dm444 are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. dm444 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were displayed due to a technical error or manifestly incorrect pricing. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account in full. dm444's sportsbook covers cricket (BPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports as listed in the sportsbook lobby.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by dm444

dm444 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraud, or is otherwise using the platform in a manner that is harmful to dm444 or other players. Where an account is closed due to a verified breach, dm444 is entitled to withhold any balances held in the account pending investigation.

8.2 Closure by Player

Players who wish to close their dm444 account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Any remaining balance in a verified account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their most recently used payment method within 5 business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus funds.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied. A dormant account can be reactivated at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.
